Commissions are for personal only. There will be a fee for commercial commission.

Personal commission can be used for a display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on social media with credit, or printing for yourself and may not be used for profit without prior agreement.

Commercial fee will be +85%

Use of NFT/ AI in any kind, shape or form is prohibited, such as training AI, to 'enhance' my work, or to add or change it in any way.

I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.

You can ask for wip or an update.

You will have 2 free revisions in the sketch stage only, additional revisions will be charged 5 USD / IDR 10K each. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.

Communication is important, so please cooperate.

Will accept payment through VGEN, Paypal and Qris for local.

If not through Vgen, all payments are 50% upfront (including any fees such as commercial/NDA,etc) and 50% after sketch agreement through the agreed platform (This exclude Surprise me! service as its 100%Upfront)

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of 100 USD / IDR 700K applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my portfolio.

Complexity fee is 10 USD - 100 USD / IDR 30K - IDR 200K for all commissions.

You won't do additional fees to revision if it's minor or due to the artist's error

Commission may take up to a month depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters.

I will keep an update if delays occur.

Please inform me in advance through direct message if you wish to skip the queue. The rush fee will be 10 USD / IDR 40K.

All rights willbelong to the CREATOR. You are purchasing usage rights and not the ownership of the artwork itself.

I may use the artwork to promote myself, post on my social media and portfolio EXCEPT if an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.

I may cancel and refund the commission at any time.

You may cancel the commission BEFORE the payment is made.

Once payment is received, a request for refunds is not available.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited, blacklisted and will spread the user to the others.

Unless the commercial rights are purchased, the artwork will be for personal purposes only.

Print the art for yourself.

Post the artwork on social media with credit to the creator (@shika1864 except for instagram will be @shika.1864).
